Meet JC and Marcela
Hilmar Juan Carlos Morales (“JC”) was classically trained at the Culinary Academy of San Francisco, before applying his talent and discipline at the world renown Michael Minna restaurant.
Following a long history of entrepreneurs, Juan Carlos eventually the restaurant environment to start his own catering company, JC Club, planning executive-level public and private engagements throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Catering enabled JC to perfect his craft, while planning his dreams of one day opening his own restaurant in San Bruno, CA.
Recently, JC and his wife, Marcela, decided to put down roots in San Bruno to raise their son, Diego. When a location became available on San Mateo Ave, JC Bruno Restaurant was born.
JC’s classic French training, contemporary experience in Californian cuisine, and Peruvian roots make for an unforgettable dining experience only available in San Bruno, CA. We’ll see you soon for dinner!

JC Bruno Restaurant is located at 741 San Mateo Avenue in San Bruno, offering dining experiences Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
